THE ART OF VEGAN DINING III
We’re back for the third instalment of our vegan evening, where we showcase seasonal vegetables through the lens of modern, Asian culinary techniques. Cooked over our signature wood-fired grill, the menu celebrates the natural essence, flavours and unknown complexities of vegan dishes.
This time, with Head Chef Kya at the helm, diners will settle into a menu including cauliflower karaage, tofu san choy bow and sesame-glazed eggplant. Each dish will again demonstrate unique flavour profiles that push the boundaries of vegan cuisine, all while honouring the simplicity of the ingredients.
