This time, diners will experience dishes including eggplant sambal, Malaysian-spiced cabbage and charcoal roasted miso pumpkin, each demonstrating creativity + unique flavour profiles that push the boundaries of vegan cuisine, all while honouring the simplicity of the ingredients.
